Event Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a safe, accessible, and professional venue to support the successful execution of the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program event. The event must take place on Saturday, August 1st, 2026. The required facilities, lodging, meals, and support services must accommodate approximately 250 to 300 attendees while promoting an effective learning environment. The scope of work covers meeting spaces that support plenary sessions, breakout sessions, resource providers, family support activities, and other event requirements. The provided facilities and services must comply with applicable safety, accessibility, and operational requirements while minimizing disruption to the event schedule. Performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency is limiting eligibility for this opportunity to service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. Bidders must also be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this service.
