Strategic Plan Development and Facilitation Services

The Cook County Emergency Management and Regional Security agency is seeking a vendor to provide strategic plan development and facilitation services for its Community Resilience Hub (CRH) Network. The agency needs to establish a coordinated network of facilities and partners to improve emergency preparedness and community resilience.
