Photography and Videography Services

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive photography and videography services. The agency needs to solve the challenge of capturing, producing, and distributing high-quality visual media for various school activities and milestones. The project covers the planning, execution, and production of original photographic images, including individual and group portrait sittings for student and graduation portraits. The selected vendor must also capture event photography for graduation ceremonies, academies, tournaments, and special school events. Eligibility is strictly limited to Canadian organizations. The performance of all photography and videography work must take place onsite.
