Multilingual Interpretation Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide multilingual interpretation services to translate spoken words into English. The project covers eighteen specific languages, which are Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese, Russian, Latin American Spanish, Korean, Farsi/Persian, Polish, Vietnamese, Sri Lankan Tamil, Serbian, Romanian, Ukrainian, Gujarati, European Portuguese, Arabic, Tagalog, Greek, Somali, and French. The selected vendor must perform all of the work onsite for a contract period of one year. Eligibility is strictly limited to Canadian organizations operating onshore. The agency requires all clarification questions to be submitted no later than July 14, 2026. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally either via email or through the online system, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
