Court Reporter Services

The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, located in Columbus, Ohio, requires certified court reporting and transcription services for Chapter 119 administrative hearings. These hearings provide day care and foster care license applicants or holders the opportunity to appeal licensing decisions. The agency needs a vendor to attend hearings either in person or virtually via Microsoft Teams, gather exhibits, transcribe the proceedings, and deliver one electronic copy of the transcript via email for the agency's records. The procurement is restricted to onshore United States organizations only. The selected vendor will perform all transcription work offsite.
