Catholic Religious Education Coordinator Service

The United States Air Force at Goodfellow Air Force Base in Texas requires a comprehensive Catholic Religious Education program for children and adults. The agency is seeking a coordinator to develop and implement education programs, goals, policies, and procedures for the entire Catholic community. The designated coordinator must manage the Catholic religious education calendar and databases, publicize all events, and perform administrative tasks such as reserving facilities and recruiting catechists to begin the program each September. The scope of work requires the coordinator to be present on-site for four hours each Sunday. The coordinator must also work an additional four hours total during the remainder of the work week, from Monday to Friday. The agency allows the performance of the administrative and preparatory work to be completed offsite. The agency has set aside this competition exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 10, 2026. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget.
