Integrated Safe and Healthy Schools Professional Learning Service

The Vermont Agency of Education in Montpelier is seeking a vendor to provide an integrated safe and healthy schools professional learning service. The agency needs to establish a comprehensive statewide professional learning system aligned to two coordinated pathways. This initiative aims to strengthen adult practices, improve consistency in behavioral decision-making, and build local capacity for sustainable systems change. The scope of work covers professional learning, coaching, and technical assistance to support the development of safe, inclusive, predictable, and prevention-oriented school environments. The requested training and implementation support must promote long-term sustainability beyond initial training events. Performance of the work may occur onsite or offsite depending on project requirements. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States.
