The Westerly Public Schools authority in Rhode Island is seeking professional development services to support its educational leaders. The agency needs to solve the challenge of effectively implementing and monitoring its adopted English Language Arts High-Quality Instructional Materials. To address this, the agency is requesting a series of five to ten interactive training sessions delivered in a mix of in-person and virtual formats. The scope of work covers the development of customized training materials, guides, templates, and tools aligned with the agency's strategic plan. The selected provider must integrate evidence-based best practices in educational leadership and strategic planning into these materials. Additionally, the agency requires leadership coaching and consultation for key stakeholders to help teams develop action steps for implementation. Eligible bidders must perform the work onsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency will accept digital proposal submissions via email or an online portal. The contract period will span one year, and the agency is currently seeking budget proposals to determine the cost.
