Vending Machine Concession Services

The Monroe Township Municipal Authority in Monroe, New Jersey is seeking a vendor to furnish, install, maintain, supply, and remove various vending machines in designated locations. The authority requires these machines to dispense a variety of items, rather than being limited to a single type of item or brand. The goal is to establish a reliable vending machine concession service that operates efficiently and tracks all transactions accurately for the government authority. The scope of work requires providing vending machines that are new, used, or reconditioned, provided they are no older than two years. Each machine must feature a non-resettable counter to record all sales. Additionally, the machines must accept one-dollar bills and any combination of nickels, dimes, and quarters, while also possessing a mechanism to give coin change for one-dollar bills at a minimum. Only organizations based onshore in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The authority is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and financial structure of the concession agreement. A site visit for interested bidders is scheduled to take place on July 7, 2026.
