Water Resources Master Plan Update Services

The City of Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive water resources master plan update services. The agency needs to address long-term water management challenges through scenario planning development and implementation. The project aims to solve complex planning issues by analyzing land use, development patterns, and water and wastewater demand. The scope of work covers a complete water resources portfolio review and a hydraulic model update with systems evaluation. The selected vendor will establish planning boundaries and the planning period while managing geographic information systems data for on-project member lands, on-project non-member lands, and off-project lands. Additionally, the project requires addressing water and wastewater capital facilities, asset management, and the creation of an integrated water resources master plan. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The designated work will be performed entirely offsite, and the agency will accept digital response submissions via email or online. The contract period will span two years, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
