Fraternity and Sorority Life Visioning, Housing Strategy, and Long-Term Partnership Planning Services

The University of Wyoming, located on the Laramie campus, is seeking a vendor to provide fraternity and sorority life visioning, housing strategy, and long-term partnership planning services. The agency needs to assess the current state of its fraternity and sorority life, focusing on organizational structure, student experience, housing, and operational practices. This initiative aims to align future fraternity and sorority life programs and facilities with the university mission, student success goals, and campus master planning efforts. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to facilitate stakeholder engagement with university leadership, students, alumni, fraternity and sorority organizations, and other key partners. The vendor must develop a long-term vision and strategic recommendations, while evaluating housing strategies that support safety, sustainability, student success, and community engagement. Additionally, the project involves identifying partnership models, governance considerations, and implementation pathways to strengthen the long-term success of these programs. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency requires the selected vendor to perform all work offsite at the vendor's own office premises. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is currently looking for proposals to determine the cost.
