RFI for Traffic Records Program Service - Presolicitation

The issuing government agency located in Washington, DC, is seeking traffic records program services to support its mission of saving lives, preventing injuries, and reducing economic costs associated with motor vehicle crashes. The agency develops, promotes, and implements educational, engineering, and enforcement programs to end preventable tragedies associated with vehicle use and highway travel. The scope of work requires assessing state traffic safety systems and providing technical assistance and outreach to state traffic records programs. The selected contractor must facilitate training for managers and staff of state traffic records systems and respond to traffic record research requests. Additionally, the agency requires user support for its Traffic Records Improvement Program Reporting System portal, which the agency and states use to participate in traffic records assessments, the crash data improvement program, and other safety program assessments. This opportunity is set aside for partial small business participation. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located in the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to occur offsite.
