Leasing Service

The Massachusetts-based government authority is seeking leasing services to secure a new physical location for its client and customer service operations. The agency requires approximately 14,000 square feet of usable area, though it will consider spaces ranging from 13,000 to 15,000 square feet. This usable area must exclude vestibules, elevator-machine rooms, building-equipment areas, janitorial closets, electrical closets, mechanical closets, loading platforms, restrooms, and their respective enclosing walls. The usable area must include major vertical penetrations such as ventilation shafts, elevator shafts, stairwells, atria, or lightwells, along with their enclosing walls. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is requesting proposals to determine the budget and financial terms for this leasing service. The performance of the work associated with this procurement will occur offsite.
