Project-based Vouchers Service

The Erie Metropolitan Housing Authority in Sandusky, Ohio, is seeking a vendor to provide project-based voucher services. The agency is trying to promote a greater choice of housing opportunities and avoid the undue concentration of assisted persons in areas with a high proportion of low-income residents. The selected provider will deliver rental assistance to families determined eligible at the commencement of the project-based voucher assistance in accordance with the agency's Administrative Plan. The scope of work covers administrative and operational support for the project-based voucher program. Performance of all contracted work will take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for cost proposals to determine the budget for this service. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 10, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the criteria outlined in the procurement documentation.
