Inflow and Infiltration Program Service

The Borough of Delaware, Pennsylvania is seeking a contractor to perform inflow and infiltration abatement improvements on borough-owned sewer collection piping and manholes within the municipal limit. This project serves as part of the municipal authority's annual abatement program to address excess water entering the sewer system.
