The government authority in Tucson, Arizona is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive cultural resource services for an upcoming road improvement project. The agency needs to address cultural resource management across all phases of the project, including planning, environmental review, design development, and construction implementation. This initiative aims to identify, protect, and document cultural resources while ensuring compliance with environmental and permitting regulations throughout the infrastructure development. The requested scope of work spans pre-design, design, and construction phases. Pre-design services require records review, existing data compilation, project initiation, GIS database development, permitting, and a pre-design research and testing plan. All performance of the work must take place onsite in Tucson, Arizona. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States.
