Comprehensive Safety Action Plan Service

The City of Cleveland, Ohio, is seeking a vendor to develop a comprehensive safety action plan. The agency requires a project management plan that includes a schedule of phases, tasks, meetings, milestones, and deliverables. To ensure community involvement, the selected vendor must coordinate an engagement strategy for different tiers of public engagement, ranging from peer guidance to the general public, throughout all phases of the project. The agency also requires a roadmap for continued engagement and transparency that extends beyond the development of the action plan and into future implementation efforts. Public engagement must occur at appropriate points throughout the planning process. The performance of all contracted work will take place offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. Bidders must submit any questions regarding the request for proposals no later than June 22, 2026. The agency accepts digital submissions via email or online, and the budget is open for proposals.
