Bus Advertising Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive bus advertising services for its transit fleet, which operates within both fixed-route and paratransit service areas. The selected provider must manage all aspects of the advertising program, including the design, production, delivery, installation, replacement, and removal of advertisements. The agency prohibits controversial or objectionable subjects, such as alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, vaping, firearms, violence, illegal activity, anti-social behavior, profanity, sexually explicit content, and material harmful to minors. The advertising guidelines also forbid false or misleading statements, partisan political content supporting or opposing any candidate or party, and promotions of any religion or religious belief. Advertisements designed to influence the public on issues with varying opinions are prohibited, and all advertisements for businesses and services must display contact information. The agency is establishing a contract period of three years for these services. The agency restricts eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected vendor must perform all work onsite. Bidders may submit their responses digitally via email or through an online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
