Design Services and Strategic Facility Planning Services

The issuing agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive design services and strategic facility planning services. The agency needs to address long-range facility planning, educational adequacy assessments, and enrollment, demographic, and capacity evaluations. The selected partner will also conduct school consolidation and facility utilization studies to optimize the agency's educational portfolio. The scope of work covers replacement school planning, conceptual campus development, and the modernization and renovation of existing educational facilities. The agency requires planning for safety, security, accessibility, infrastructure improvements, and athletic facility and site improvements. Additionally, the project includes managing deferred maintenance, building systems renewal projects, and developing District-wide design and construction standards. The agency is also requesting community engagement, stakeholder outreach, and bond or levy planning support services. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to participate in this procurement. The selected vendor must perform all work offsite at the vendor's own office premises. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this initiative. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will take place on July 14, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 17, 2026.
