Festivals and Special Events Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide festivals and special events services that feature arts, dance, history, heritage, literary arts, performing arts, music, and culture. The project aims to encourage public engagement with these diverse artistic and cultural mediums while introducing new or non-traditional perspectives. Additionally, the agency wants these events to generate significant economic impact, create vibrancy through innovation, and demonstrate high organizational efficiency. The scope of work requires the vendor to promote equity, diversity, inclusion, access, and accessibility throughout all event services. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Bidders must be onshore organizations based exclusively in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative.
