Stormwater Program Regulatory Support Services

The City of San Clemente, California, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive stormwater program regulatory support services. The city needs to ensure ongoing compliance with various stormwater-related permits, lists, and plans that regulatory bodies may issue or revise in the coming years. Through this contract, the city aims to defend its ability to manage stormwater effectively, address urban runoff quality concerns, and maintain strict regulatory compliance. The scope of work spans three distinct tasks, starting with regulatory program support to assist the city with permit compliance and runoff quality management.
