Staff, Student Development Consultants, Speakers and Program Presenters Service

The City of Live Oak, Texas, is seeking to identify, select, and award a pool of consultants, professional speakers, and program presenters. The agency needs to deliver high-quality professional development and targeted instructional training, along with related products and services, to build educator, leader, and student capacity. Through this initiative, the agency aims to enhance instructional delivery and drive measurable student academic development across all core and elective content areas. The scope of work covers core and elective content areas including English Language Arts, reading, mathematics, science, social studies, bilingual and English as a Second Language instruction, Response to Intervention, 504, dyslexia, STEM, career and technical education, fine arts, and special populations. Professional development services may include consultation, advertisement, coaching, and facilitation or presentation of sessions. These sessions will focus on supporting access to curriculum resources, relevant teaching and learning, culturally relevant education, content and conceptual development, and in-classroom and out-of-classroom coaching, observation, and debriefing. Bidders must perform all work offsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is establishing a contract period of one year for these services. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not provided specific evaluation criteria or key dates in the initial request.
