Multi-Function Copier and Print Services

The project aims to enhance scanning, document workflow, and Microsoft 365 integration while implementing centralized device management and fleet monitoring. The scope of work covers the delivery of advanced scanning capabilities, including scan to email, network folders, Microsoft OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams. The requested equipment must support optical character recognition with searchable PDF and editable Microsoft Office formats.
