Detention Facility Food Service

The Arlington, Virginia government authority is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive food services for its detention facility. The agency requires the delivery of at least three meals daily, seven days per week, ensuring that no more than fourteen hours pass between the evening meal and breakfast. The scope of work mandates that a minimum of two of these daily meals must be hot. The selected contractor must also provide a minimum of five spirit lifter or special meals annually to the facility. Additionally, the agency requires strict compliance with and provision of physician-recommended special diets, including any necessary dietary supplements. The agency limits eligibility for this contract to onshore organizations based in the United States. All work must be performed offsite at the contractor's own office premises.
