Inspection Services

The Whittier Union High School District in Whittier, California is seeking a vendor to provide professional inspection services for future capital projects, maintenance program projects, and other special projects. The scope of work covers projects involving rehabilitation, repair, relocation, reconfiguration, upgrades, planning, and closeout. The selected inspector must advise the architect, the district, the facilities consultant, and the project manager of all non-complying construction. Additionally, the inspector must monitor and coordinate special inspectors and materials testing laboratories. The district requires all performance of the work to be conducted onsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the district is looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget. The contract period will span five years.
