Inmate Monthly Drug Test Services

The government authority located in Jersey, New Jersey is seeking a vendor to provide inmate monthly drug test laboratory services. The agency requires presumptive screening urine drug testing and definitive confirmatory urine drug testing for housed inmates. The scope of work covers the provision of all associated specimen collection supplies, specimen transport, chain-of-custody handling, and electronic result reporting. The selected vendor must perform qualitative presumptive screening on urine specimens by instrumented chemistry analyzer immunoassay. The agency requires the vendor to report each target drug class as positive or negative relative to a stated cutoff concentration. Bidders must provide the screening cutoff concentration in nanograms per milliliter with the bid and on each subsequent report. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performing vendor must conduct all laboratory work offsite.
