Primary Consultant Services

The government authority in Grand Lake, Colorado is seeking a primary consultant to implement the agency's Local Implementation, Mitigation, and Policy Action (Local IMPACT) accelerator grant project. The selected partner will address the need for policy adoption, grant compliance, and project implementation. The scope of work requires the consultant to manage project communication, administration, and quality assurance throughout the duration of the project. The agency also requires the consultant to advance milestones toward policy adoption and deploy a transportation demand management (TDM) system. To ensure project success, the consultant must conduct performance evaluations, develop a statewide replication model, and lead public engagement for implementation activities.
