Fertilizer Investment and Expansion Service

The United States Department of Agriculture is seeking a vendor to provide fertilizer investment and expansion services to support the Fertilizer Investment and Expansion for Long-term Domestic Supply program in Washington, DC. The agency is trying to solve supply chain vulnerabilities by expanding or bringing into operation new, independent domestic fertilizer production capacity. This initiative aims to provide agricultural producers with additional domestic fertilizer options and strengthen the overall fertilizer supply chain. Eligible bidders must be onshore, United States organizations only. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite.
