Cost Allocation and Time Studies Services

The government authority in Washington, DC is seeking a vendor to provide cost allocation and time studies services. The agency needs to generate Cost Allocation Plans and develop final Indirect Cost Rates for prior fiscal year expenditures. Additionally, the agency requires the development, implementation, operation, and training of online web- and email-based systems for time studies and cost allocation claiming. The scope of work also includes developing a cost allocation methodology for the Access System to use in agency Advanced Planning Documents developed during the contract period. The selected vendor must also develop a cost allocation methodology for the Access System to use in the agency Operational Advanced Planning Document. These efforts will support federal revenue maximization and cost allocation claiming for the agency. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to occur offsite. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to define the cost.
