Mowing and Grounds Maintenance Services

The Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority in Clearwater, Florida is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive mowing and grounds maintenance services. The selected contractor must resolve issues related to overgrown vegetation, weeds, and accumulated organic debris across the designated authority grounds. The contractor must also perform air blowing, general clean-up, and the removal of debris, including small tree limbs weighing under one hundred pounds. The authority requires the contractor to provide all necessary labor, materials, supervision, staff, equipment, and incidentals to complete the work. The project excludes the handling of large downed tree limbs, dying or dead trees, fallen trees, and debris that exceeds the specified weight limit. The contractor is not responsible for areas that cannot be mowed due to vegetation encroachment, flooding, rutting, animal damage such as burrows or rooting, or other adverse conditions. The authority will establish a contract period of one year for these services. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The authority will allow the selected contractor to perform the work offsite, where applicable, though the physical maintenance must occur at the Clearwater locations.
