Comprehensive Annexation Feasibility and Implementation Study Service

The City of Fayetteville, Georgia is seeking a qualified consultant to provide a comprehensive annexation feasibility and implementation study service. The agency needs to evaluate and prioritize potential annexation areas to support long-term growth management, service delivery planning, and informed annexation decision-making. This study aims to solve the problem of managing growth effectively by providing data-driven recommendations based on strategic planning, economic development, infrastructure, public safety, and governance perspectives. The requested scope of work covers a GIS-based suitability analysis, fiscal impact modeling, infrastructure capacity assessment, and a final annexation strategy and implementation plan.
