Comprehensive Environmental Planning Services

The Maryland Aviation Administration, located in Linthicum, Maryland, is seeking comprehensive on-call airport environmental planning services on a task-order basis. The agency needs to address ongoing environmental planning, natural resource management, mitigation, and permitting requirements across its facilities. These services must comply fully with all applicable state and federal laws, guidelines, requirements, and standards. The scope of work covers a variety of airport environmental planning tasks that the selected contractor may perform concurrently or independently as individual task orders warrant. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based entirely in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all contracted work to take place offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget and pricing structure for these services.
