Indoor Air Quality Services

The Prince George's County government authority in Marlboro, Maryland is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive indoor air quality services. The agency needs to identify sources of indoor air contaminants, evaluate pollutant pathways, and investigate how heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system design and operation contribute to poor air quality. To solve these environmental issues, the agency requires analytical testing, data evaluation, basic indoor air quality investigations, and the management of media and building occupants. The scope of work covers project management for remediation projects, which includes developing plans, specifications, and environmental issue documents. The selected vendor must also evaluate failed or moldy chilled water pipe insulation, design mitigation projects, and provide monitoring and installation oversight during the removal and reinstallation of the insulation. All performance of the work will occur offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 08, 2026.
