Adult and Dislocated Worker Services

The Cumberland Salem Cape May Workforce Development Board in New Jersey is seeking a vendor to provide adult and dislocated worker services. The agency is attempting to align workforce investment, education, and economic development systems to create a comprehensive, accessible, and high-quality workforce development system. This initiative aims to improve the quality and labor market relevance of workforce efforts, helping workers secure credentials for family-sustaining wages while providing employers with skilled workers to succeed in a global economy. The scope of work covers the delivery of employment, education, training, and support services that adult and dislocated workers need to succeed in the labor market. The selected vendor must also promote improvements in the structure and delivery of these services to increase the prosperity of workers and employers, community economic growth, and global competitiveness. The agency is establishing a contract period that will run for three years. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 8, 2026, and the agency is accepting digital proposal submissions via email or online.
