Out of School Time Activities Service

The Albuquerque Public Schools district in New Mexico is seeking a vendor to provide out-of-school time activities services for its students. The agency requires a program developed around student and school preferences that remains accessible to all students every school day until 6:00 p.m., including before-school hours as needed by individual schools. This initiative aims to solve the need for safe, structured, and enriching environments during non-instructional hours by delivering programs aligned with the district's guiding Principles for Out of School Time Programs. The scope of work covers the coordination and operation of these activities in close partnership with schools, the district, and other school agency providers. The selected vendor must staff the program with trained and supported personnel who focus on program safety, quality, student learning, student development, and effective family engagement. The agency requires all performance of the work to take place offsite. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency is looking for budget proposals from bidders to determine the cost of the services. The contract period will span eight years.
