Fleet Management Services

The Weber School District in Weber, Utah is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive fleet management services for approximately 200 fleet vehicles. The District requires assistance with the acquisition, licensing, titling, registration, maintenance, and eventual disposal of these vehicles. Additionally, the selected vendor must meet with District personnel as needed to provide recommendations on vehicle replacement schedules and selections. The District requires all performance of the work to occur offsite at the vendor's own office premises. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The District has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost of these services. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted to the District no later than July 20, 2026. The District will evaluate proposals based on the submitted bids to select the most suitable fleet management partner.
