The government authority in Hamden, Connecticut is seeking a vendor to provide adult education brochure printing services for classes offered in the fall of 2026 and the winter/spring of 2027. The agency is attempting to resolve its printing and bulk mailing needs for two distinct brochure runs to promote these upcoming adult education courses. The project covers the production of 38,000 brochures for each printing, with the fall 2026 run due by the first week of August and the winter/spring 2027 run due by the last week of December. The scope of work requires printing 32-page brochures, including the cover, with a finished trimmed size of approximately 8 1/8 inches by 10 3/4 inches. The agency will supply the mechanicals and artwork on disk or via upload, created in Adobe InDesign at the adult education office. The selected vendor must provide one digital contract proof of all pages for release along with a print hard copy. The scope also encompasses mailing approximately 36,300 pieces per run using the agency bulk permit postal customer mailing carrier route sort label-free mailing. The agency is establishing a contract period that will run for three years, and the performance of the work must be onsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and pricing submissions must include options to add or subtract cost per 1,000 brochures.
