Photography Services

The City is seeking a vendor to provide on-call photography services for city events, council meetings, and other municipal activities. The City needs to capture iconic, structural, event, portrait, and artistic photography to support its brochures, websites, marketing materials, and quarterly reports. This contract will solve the City's need for flexible, professional visual documentation across scheduled programs and short-notice assignments. The scope of work covers partial or full-event coverage for City-Sponsored Special Events as directed by the City. The selected photographer must also cover city programs, activities, and community initiatives on an as-needed basis according to schedules established by the City. Additionally, the photographer must attend City Council meetings, which generally occur on alternating Tuesdays at 5:00 p.m. at City Hall. The requested services also include on-call and as-needed coverage for unscheduled or short-notice assignments. These assignments encompass press conferences, emergency response events, public information announcements, and community outreach efforts. The City requires the performance of this work to be offsite, meaning the final processing and delivery of assets will occur away from City facilities. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this procurement no later than July 13, 2026.
