Camping, Events, and Permits Reservation and Registration Management System

The agency is seeking a centralized and comprehensive state-wide day use site rentals reservation and registration management system. This system must handle camping, events, and permits, including but not limited to shelters, pavilions, picnic tables, and fields. The agency currently manages two event venues that will utilize the system for daily rentals, averaging 16,833 park rentals per year. The requested system must allow customers to make, change, and cancel reservations and registrations through a web-based reservation system, a call center, and on-site at each applicable property. The selected provider must deliver the mechanisms and customer service for all reservations and customer inquiries. Agency staff require the ability to make, change, and cancel reservations or registrations, as well as accept, track, promote, and sell event registrations via the web-based system. The system must feature customizable operation windows for future go-live dates for any section, such as camping reservations or point of sale. Staff must be able to perform associated financial transactions and run reports for managing park reservations, inventory, registrations, permits, and sales. Only United States organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity, and the performance of the work will take place offsite.
