Government Affairs Consulting Services

The college is seeking a government affairs consultant or firm to provide comprehensive government relations and lobbying services. The selected vendor will secure resources and promote initiatives that benefit students, faculty, and the wider community. The agency needs strategic guidance on policy issues affecting the college and its community impact. The scope of work requires monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on relevant legislation and proposed regulations, primarily at the state level with federal monitoring as needed. The chosen partner must develop strategies to secure public funding for college initiatives and capital projects, while providing ongoing advice on financial resource management and grant application processes. Additionally, the vendor will build and maintain relationships with key policymakers and legislators at the state and federal levels, while advising and shepherding the college president and designees in the same process. The project also covers advising on the development of public relations and media strategies to build public awareness of politically important college initiatives. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations, and the performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of these services. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
