RFI for Senior Executive Coaching Services - Sources Sought

The Department of the Navy is seeking information to identify sources capable of providing senior executive coaching services for its leadership personnel. The agency needs to address the individualized development needs of its senior leaders by offering targeted guidance, support, and immediate feedback outside of a traditional classroom setting. This initiative aims to strengthen the leadership pipeline and support emerging leaders who are on the path to the Senior Executive Service. The scope of work covers leadership assessments and professional coaching tailored to the specific needs of each executive client. The target audience encompasses approximately 300 Senior Executive Service members and 100 Senior Leaders and Scientific and Professional members. These personnel work in various professions at geographically dispersed locations worldwide, though the performance of the coaching work will be onsite. Eligible sources must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently seeking proposals to determine the budget and viability of these services.
