Crime Prevention Council Service

The government authority in Cleveland, North Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide crime prevention council services. The agency is attempting to address critical community issues including prior histories of delinquency and recidivism, weapon-involved offenses, and felony-level offenses. The targeted problem areas also encompass school attendance issues, behavioral problems, suspensions, truancy, and aggressive behaviors such as assaultive bullying and threatening. The selected vendor must address alcohol and substance abuse, mental and behavioral health needs requiring assessment, counseling, and treatment, as well as parent and family criminality, mental health issues, substance abuse, and poor parental supervision. Additionally, the scope of work covers intervention for individuals associating with negative, delinquent peers and gangs, as well as those experiencing abuse, neglect, and victimization. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and will accept digital responses submitted via email or online. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for July 17, 2026.
