Environmental Analytical Services

The government authority located in Hartford, Connecticut is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive environmental analytical services. The agency requires sampling and testing across a wide range of matrices, including aqueous, waste, soils, sediments, and biological tissue. Laboratory analysis must cover saline water, fresh water, groundwater, drinking water, waste water, air, hazardous wastes, and sludge samples. The scope of work also encompasses acute and chronic toxicity studies for whole effluent samples, surface waters, and sediments. Additionally, the selected contractor must perform testing of various materials for hazardous waste determinations, which includes the identification and characterization of hazardous materials. The agency allows the performance of this work to take place either onsite or offsite. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The contract period will span three years, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 13, 2026.
