RFI for Antiterrorism Program Support Services

The Maryland-based government authority is seeking information to identify vendors capable of providing comprehensive antiterrorism program support services. The agency needs to determine the overall effectiveness of its Protection Enterprise by coordinating and conducting staff visits, inspections, assessments, and reviews of Program Executive Officer (PEO) and PEO subordinate operations and facilities. This initiative aims to solve the challenge of maintaining robust security oversight and ensuring continuous policy compliance across all designated facilities. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to provide administrative support during assessments, conduct selected assessments, and draft assessment reports for the Protection and Operations Chief's approval. The agency also requires the vendor to develop and update assessment policy documents and procedures to keep the program current. To ensure continuous improvement, the vendor must develop and maintain a tracking mechanism for all assessment findings to guarantee mitigation, as well as manage a long-range assessment calendar. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency specifies that the performance of all contracted work will take place offsite.
