RFI for Smart Recovery Service

The Los Alamos County government authority in New Mexico requires a contractor to facilitate juvenile-focused smart recovery meetings. This initiative addresses a critical lack of developmentally appropriate, evidence-based recovery supports for local youth facing substance use and behavioral health challenges. The agency intends for these structured, youth-centered sessions to promote positive behavior change, reduce recidivism, and support long-term well-being through cognitive behavioral and motivational approaches. The scope of work covers the contracted facilitation of smart recovery meetings and requires facilitators to possess specific training or background in the smart recovery methodology. The agency allows the work to be performed either onsite in Los Alamos or offsite. The resulting contract will span a performance period of seven years. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this request for information no later than July 14, 2026.
