Owner\'s Project Management Services

The Town of Norwell, Massachusetts, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide owner's project management services for a school construction and planning initiative. The agency needs to identify community concerns that may impact study options, as well as specific milestone requirements and constraints of the district, such as town votes, swing space, and occupancy issues. The selected partner will also identify alternative sites and analyze the life cycle costs of operating the school as they relate to future operational budgets. The scope of work requires the provider to evaluate green building council rating systems to support environmental goals. Additionally, the agency requires an analysis and recommendation of construction methodologies, including the construction manager-at-risk delivery method. The performance of all contracted work will take place offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget and cost structure for these services.
