Secured Restoration Program Services

The Arkansas-based government authority in Little Rock is seeking a vendor to provide a sixteen-bed secured competency restoration program for individuals eighteen years and older who do not require a hospital level of care. The agency needs to restore these individuals to competency so they can proceed in the legal process, while incorporating mental health and community re-entry services. The selected provider will deliver assessment and screenings, individualized treatment planning, individual and group treatment, psychiatric services, and psychological services, including forensic evaluation and status updates to the Court. The scope of work also requires the vendor to provide medication, medication monitoring, and discharge and reentry planning when needed. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations, and the performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project, and the resulting contract will span a period of three years. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 8, 2026. The agency allows digital submission of the final proposals via email or online channels.
