Parking Management Services

The City of Mobile, Alabama, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive parking management services to improve the accessibility, development, and operation of its on-street parking and City-owned parking lots. The agency requires a turnkey management solution that includes ongoing innovation, technology support, personnel, equipment, systems, materials, and enforcement services. The selected provider will serve as the primary party responsible for day-to-day parking enforcement operations related to parking meters and other controls within the public parking system. The scope of work covers the management and enforcement of parking regulations in City-owned spaces and lots during weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM using sufficiently staffed personnel and effective technologies. The agency also requires coordinated enforcement of parking regulations for special events, including seasonal functions, festivals, and weather emergencies. The performance of this work will occur offsite, and the resulting contract will span a five-year period. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and allows digital submissions via email or online channels.
