Traffic Signal Maintenance Services

The Colorado-based government authority is seeking a vendor to provide traffic signal maintenance services. The agency needs to resolve critical safety and operational issues at its intersections, including instances where all indications are out for any single traffic movement. The requested scope covers emergency repairs for conflicting signal indications on any intersection approach, vehicle or pedestrian signals stuck in flash-mode, and any other conditions prohibiting the intersection equipment from operating properly. The maintenance services also cover physical damage to traffic signal control devices. The agency requires intervention when a signal head or span wire has fallen to the ground, is substantially out of its proper position, or is preventing the intersection from operating properly. The selected vendor will perform all of the required work offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a pre-set funding limit. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 14, 2026.
