Validated Executive Assessment Services

The government authority located in Herndon, Virginia is seeking a vendor to design and deliver a validated executive assessment program. This program will serve participants in the Senior Executive Service Candidate Development Program (SESCDP). The agency needs to solve the challenge of accurately evaluating and developing high-level leadership talent within its ranks. The scope of work covers providing validated, comprehensive assessments of leadership competencies aligned with the Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs). The selected vendor must also produce actionable feedback that supports the creation of Executive Development Plans (EDPs). Additionally, the agency requires the delivery of Senior Executive Service (SES) level simulation activities that evaluate leadership behaviors in realistic scenarios. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency expects the performance of all contracted work to take place offsite.
